Marc Patrick Dickerson is an educator, coach, counselor, author, and entrepreneur whose life’s work has centered on helping people recognize their potential and move forward with purpose. Born and raised in Seaford, Delaware, Marc graduated from Seaford High School before earning his bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University and his master’s degree from Wilmington University.
Marc’s career in education has given him the opportunity to work with students at nearly every stage of life. He has taught at the prekindergarten, middle school, and high school levels, as well as within prison education. These very different educational environments strengthened his ability to connect with people, recognize individual needs, establish structure, and help others develop the confidence and discipline required to succeed.
Beyond the classroom, Marc has served as a coach, counselor, mentor, and community leader. His experiences in education and athletics taught him that lasting progress begins when people understand what matters, recognize the roles they hold, and establish meaningful goals for their future.
Marc is the founder of Duke2 Innovations, a company created to develop practical ideas, services, programs, and resources that improve people’s lives. Its flagship division, Priorities, Roles, and Goals (PRG), grew directly from Marc’s experiences as an educator, coach, counselor, husband, father, and community servant. PRG helps individuals and organizations identify what matters, understand who they are, and decide where they are going.
He is also the author of Priorities, Roles, and Goals: The Program, a personal-development book designed to help readers transform chaos into clarity and turn meaningful goals into purposeful action.
Marc’s life and work are grounded in faith, family, education, service, accountability, and community. Whether he is teaching a lesson, coaching a team, developing a program, building a business, or encouraging someone through a difficult season, his purpose remains the same: to help people gain clarity, strengthen their confidence, and take the next step toward a better future.
