The PRG Introduction and completed PRG Pulse newsletter issues are provided as direct PDF downloads on this website. No PayPal payment is required for those resources.
Paid digital materials
Paid digital materials may be delivered by download link, email, or follow-up instructions after payment is confirmed. Customers must provide an accurate email address and should check spam or junk folders.
Delivery timing
Direct-download files should be available immediately. Materials requiring manual fulfillment or enrollment instructions will be sent as promptly as reasonably possible after payment verification. If nothing arrives within two business days, contact PRG Life.
Technical problems
If a link is broken, expired, incomplete, or incompatible with your device, PRG Life will provide reasonable help or a replacement copy. The customer may be asked to identify the device, browser, error message, and transaction information.
License and sharing
Unless a written license says otherwise, a digital purchase is for the named purchaser’s personal use. Files may not be copied, posted publicly, resold, distributed to a group, or used as organizational curriculum without written permission.
Program access
Purchasing a guided program begins the enrollment and scheduling process. It does not create an unlimited license to PRG materials. Class dates, group participation, and access instructions will be confirmed separately.
