PRG Life may collect information you submit, including your name, email address, phone number, organization, event details, program needs, newsletter consent, and other information entered into a form. Payment information is processed by PayPal or another payment provider and is not stored directly by this website.
How information is used
Information may be used to answer inquiries, provide requested services, fulfill purchases, schedule programs, deliver newsletters, maintain records, prevent misuse, improve the website, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Form and service providers
Website forms, payment links, publisher orders, hosting, and email delivery may be handled by service providers. Information submitted through those services is also subject to their privacy practices. PRG Life shares information only as reasonably needed to operate these functions, comply with law, or protect legitimate rights and safety.
Newsletter choices
PRG Pulse emails are sent only after consent. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to the message or emailing PRG Life. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary messages about a purchase, inquiry, or scheduled service.
Children’s privacy
This website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent, guardian, school, or authorized organization should handle inquiries involving minors. Do not submit sensitive student records, medical information, counseling records, or other confidential information through general website forms.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, disputes, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information held by PRG Life, subject to legal, contractual, security, and recordkeeping requirements. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
