Where this policy applies
This policy applies to physical items fulfilled directly by PRG Life. Purchases fulfilled by AuthorHouse or another third party follow that seller’s shipping and return rules.
Shipping charges and address
Shipping is additional unless the offer expressly says it is included. The final charge and delivery address should be shown or collected during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed as promptly as reasonably possible. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, inventory, or an incorrect address. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact PRG Life within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include the order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging. PRG Life may replace the item, correct the order, or issue an appropriate refund after reviewing the request.
Returns
Do not mail an item back without written return instructions. Returned materials must be in new, unused, and resalable condition unless the item was damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are not ordinarily refundable, and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or undeliverable packages
Report a package that appears lost or undeliverable promptly. PRG Life will review the shipment and carrier information. Additional charges may apply to reship an order returned because of an incomplete or incorrect customer-provided address.
