Digital products and downloads
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, purchases of downloadable materials are generally final once access or delivery has occurred. If a file is defective, inaccessible, duplicated, or delivered in error, contact PRG Life so the issue can be corrected.
Books and workbooks
Refunds for physical materials purchased directly from PRG Life may be considered when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Report the issue within 14 calendar days of delivery and include photographs when applicable. Books purchased through AuthorHouse are governed by AuthorHouse’s order, return, and refund policies.
Individual and group programs
A participant may request cancellation in writing. Requests received before the program begins may qualify for a refund less payment-processing fees and the retail value of any materials already delivered or shipped. After a program begins, completed classes, delivered materials, and incurred costs are not refundable. Any remaining amount may be considered individually.
Rescheduling
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an individual class. A missed class or late cancellation may be treated as used unless an emergency or other exceptional circumstance applies. Group sessions follow the group’s shared schedule and are not ordinarily repeated for one absent participant.
Events and organizational services
Keynotes, seminars, workshops, professional development, and institutional work require a written proposal or agreement. Cancellation, deposit, travel, rescheduling, and refund terms in that signed agreement control if they differ from this general policy.
PRG cancellation
If PRG Life cancels a paid class or service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement date, the customer will receive a refund for the affected undelivered portion.
